2)   Accept help from those who offer. Chances are that you have a great support system in place offering you someone to talk to, someone to work out your frustrations with, and even someone to date as your heart recovers from this current heartbreak. Lean on your friends and family and allow them to do for you what you know you’d be willing to do for them if the situation was reversed.

3)   Fill your heart with new love. Whether you are finding new causes to love, new volunteer opportunities, new friends, a new pet, or a new romance to fill your heart find as much to love as possible in the world around you. When your heart is filled with love for others, it can’t possibly remain broken.
