Treat yourself to something. Buying yourself a little something special can make you feel good. If you’re trying to cure a broken heart, and have no one to spoil, who says you can’t spoil yourself? Treat yourself to a fancy dinner. Or if you can’t bear the thought of going out alone, order delivery and treat yourself to a movie marathon. This is time to focus on you.
